-Time for a Change-

Well, it seems no matter what we do there is usually a conflict at our Away Ride location at Freedom Park in Camarillo. The park is so popular, a good thing, that there are numerous activities such as: triathlons, running races, soccer games, airshows, Greek festivals and the like. Many times it is very difficult to find a place to park when any of these activities are happening. So, out of pure frustration our down the coast ride will depart from "Mission Oaks Community Park" off Santa Rosa Road on Oak Creek and Mission Oaks by the tennis courts. This also is the starting location of our new Away Ride of the "Conejo Valley Adventure" that occurs the 4th Sunday of the Monday. Therefore, the change will be made to begin the new "Neptune's Net Out & Back" ride of 40 miles from Mission Oaks Community Park which is close to places to eat. Camarillo and Moorpark riders should like the change because it is closer to home. The new route slip is now posted as: Neptunes Net Out & Back.
