Holidays are great. Especially when you ride a bike. And more so when you ride with friends in wonderful weather. So it was on our Labor Day ride from Moorpark into Thousand Oaks for the "Cal Lutheran Ramble." ride of 32 miles. A mighty group of 11 met at Tierra Rejada park in cool weather with tropical sky's. It never did rain, but it was a fantastic day to bike. Joni won the prize today for having two flats AT ONE TIME! Kate also won the prize for having the best "bike invention." Her bike storage basket was a hit with the members. Kate should go into business and get rich off a fun biking idea. Remember Kate, we all get a percent of your riches.
