Yes, finally! Santa Rosa Road has been newly paved from Yucca Road on the east end to the Camarillo City limits on the west end. The pavement project is complete except for the last minute stripping of lane lines and bike lanes. This is a welcomed sight as in July our "Santa Rosa 34 Miler" will be rotated into the ride schedule on the first Saturday of the month. Hurray for Ventura County Public Works again.
